on an unrelated topic, how's demand for patent attorneys these days?
i have a professor who worked with quite a few of them, all you need is a ME degree and pass the bar

then you get to sit on you ass 35 hours a week for pay, and go to court as an expert witness and make five or six figures for 10 minutes of explaining shit to a jury (12 people too stupid to get out of jury duty) or a judge (who couldnt care less)

sounds like a comfy career, but i worry what the demand is, since it sounds too good to be true
