I see what you're saying about technically, DSPP and book aren't mutually exclusive labels, you can have some shares DSPP and others book/drs. HOWEVER it seems irrelevant because any DSPP in an account allows CS per their own ToS to hold the ENTIRE ACCOUNT with DTCC, which negates the primary function of the Book/DRS status.

You keep the 'label' but the DTCC subtly fucks you anyway by removing its primary function. It's making me ragebuy every time I think about it too long, this last 'secret gotcha' is pathetic. It really proves that the 'people' writing these rules knew exactly how they undermine the very notions of a market, let alone a free one. The comically greedy regulatory trail of games we're uncovering was clearly never meant to be exposed, but here we are... The reported SI keeps rising with DRS numbers....

If the DTCC was playing games with the last quarterly report the way we suspect I guess the June report either triggers MOASS or (((they))) finally put the kibosh to it by giving DTCC power to print shares or something. Unfortunately I don't think normies would ever even realize... look how long it took us to get here and we have relatively tons of motivation.
