The bank can trace it. Even if crypto fully replaces Fiat, banks and credit cards will still be needed. You'll be still storing your Bitcoin in your bank and paying you credit card in Bitcoin.

Now criminals are starting to realize that its easier to rob cryptocurrency owners than banks. Once you have a private key, no one can revert your transaction. Easy, isn't it?
