As far as the friends thing goes, I think non-normies like you and me (you're on 4channel so you HAVE to be a fuckup) are basically forgoing talking to other people much like how people are forgoing talking to women because easy access to porn exists. I got really lucky with the university I went to because picrelated happened and I was able to find the other weebs early on, so I was able to have fulfilling friendships. But this takes considerable effort since most people hide their powerlevels (and you don't really need to! Having a hobby is more interesting than the hobbyless masses around you that only care for insta and netflix, but most weebs got bullied to shit by peers and parents growing up so they naturally hide everything about themselves in most cases), and with a lot of Twitch/YouTube channels being vlogs about nerd shit I guess kids are substituting friendships with those channels. One of my irl friends works at a hospital and he said he got spooked because there were kids coming in for depression symptoms where all they did is watch Fortnite streams and never go anywhere.

The normies will always be well off friend-wise because they get together based on social status and making connections instead of based on similar interests. They don't give a damn as long as they can profit from your status to better themselves.
