How can I day trade with minimal risk? What's the minimum % I should scalp each trade to make a little money? Got 5k for swing trading.

I don't plan to be greedy but scalp a small % for multiple trades a day, over a week making a decent amount.

Surely if I get 2% gain each trade that's 100$ after fees it's 60$, if I do 3-4 trades a day that's 240$ after fees

240$ a day 5x a week seems good.

If I have a rule for a minimum of 3% gain a trade that's 150$, 110$ after fees

So 3 trades a day, 450$ that's 330$ after fees

Scalping 2-3% each trade makes sense, am I missing something?

Eh people get triggered so easily these days by anything they don't have or can't get. It's a herculean effort to avoid the side effects of jealousy.

Suggest how they too can make it and it will go in one ear and out the other but they'll continue in their jealousy. Better to have a wife, 2 kids and a dog and call it a day.
