I read the article thoroughly. CSW is Satoshi in the basic sense, but I gathered that Satoshi is the walletholder of the first successfully mined genesis block moreso. The private keys are held by members of the inaugural team that developed bitcoin as well as other actors, but they are also the only ones keeping the network alive. Bitcoin is backed by mutually assured destruction of the network among parties that have the power to use these keys for all possible intentions an actor on the network can have. Bitcoin is backed by humanity, the intelligence that lives on the blockchain (mentioned in the often seen pasta) is human. See his comments about Dune. It was human I should say.
