Drop most forms of processed carbs, sugars, and focus on low processed meat so you can be strong of body, mind, and spirit when the time comes.
So buy bacon, steaks, and eggs.
If you want to save money on steaks, buy roasts and butcher the meat yourself.
In the future when you are all rich, I would recommend raising your own chickens, pigs, and cows.
