I landed on laundromat because it supposedly delivers a really great roi and my location would be perfect for one especially if it caters to a college crowd and serves up white women expensive coffee while they wash their clothes and study for their useless degrees.

Feel like equities are going to be dog shit for awhile so I need to get into assets that generate revenue. I'm probably going to have to try to find someone to partner with though, someone that has already established a business. I have a few local people in mind already that I have a relationship with but I'm going to have to flesh this out more before I actually bother them about it.
