Because your idea of what is cheap and what is overinflated has been completely warped by the fact that we've been in a massive bubble for over a decade and even if these "cheap" stocks you're buying up do ever rebound it may be 20+ years for many of them to reach just reach positive returns. 30 years from now sure you have about a 80% chance of seeing some positive returns but they probably won't even be enough to beat inflation. Better to cash out and put some of the cash into daytrading 3x bear shares or try to make quick profit off bear rallies while you wait for the bottom 9-24 months from now.
