I hope I am, but I think it's human nature not to be. Even the ancient Greeks were talking about how the youth these days are no good. It must be something humans have going on psychologically.
Maybe if we spend enough time recognising our own biases towards new technology when we're older we can get past this. Of course there will be genuinely baffling shit that is best left to the kids.
Let's just hope we can filter the new crypto-scale technology from the tiktokesque in the future.
I think about the future all the time, perhaps too much.

I should have, didn't think the bastards would stop people from fucking buying. It's been a very educational week. I've still got some GME but I've cut it down by half. I'll admit I got caught up in the hysteria. Only thing to do now is crawl into a cave and slowly recoup my losses through ETFs.

I literally can't believe I'm going to make tens of thousands of QUID just from throwing a few grand (and really late on, too, I might add) into GME
I can't believe I'm going to make at least double my yearly income.
I'm thinking I will tell nobody and just chill out a little more, knowing that this one fortunate event has put me forward 3-4 years in my investment trajectory.
