You can't predict the market on that short of a timescale and will be left behind eventually if you're not averaging in and out based on a risk metric of some sort. I specifically said this for the people who have been watching on the sidelines and are not positioned because they keep "waiting for le dip." If they're waiting for the dip this late in the accumulation phase they're probably going to be waiting for it at 20k too.
