And what about the manager who you'd work for, don't they deserve an employee who has proven themselves in the field? Someone who knows how to do the job, and is also a go-getter and wants to work for them? No, they don't get to have what they want, because everybody has to bend to what you want. Because you're so fucking important. The manager has to settle for you, instead of some better candidate, because you believe you deserve it (and make dumb posts to whine about it).
