Reminder that NIO might be a scam
>Doesn't have it's own factories.
>Their car is produces at a JAC Motors factory (Half chink gov - Half VW owned)
>Shares a lot of similarities with JAC's SOL brand. Most likely uses the same components just different design.
>Their powertrain(the thing that actually matter in the car) is literally engineered from the ground up by the Indians over at Tata Tech.
>Their entirely audited by PwC China, not by any western auditor, and as we've seen already chink auditing is a joke, especially for companies with strong ties with the CCP, like NIO.
>Needed a $1b handout in April to not go bankrupt, even tho the company doesn't do anything, doesn't assemble the car, doesn't engineer it, doesn't build the batteries and so on. All it does is make a mock-up on Autodesk or CAD and then goes to JAC to build it, yet they claim that they're a "automobile manufacturer"
>Got the chance in December to buy a JAC factory close to the one where their car is made for $110M, didn't even bid despite constantly claiming how successful they are and how they will become profitable in less time than Tesla lmao.
Do what you will with this info. I'm not saying you can't make some money out of this stock, but don't be surprised if the rug gets pulled.
