Strange day. Normally when the US has a market holiday it's low-volume but everything else is green as most of the bears always live in the US for schizophrenia reasons.

Here there's more aversion to debt so by extension people have more savings but it's a double edged-sword in terms for growth and a lot of money just sits inefficiently. That's assuming they're not living paycheque to paycheque out of financial illiteracy.

I could easily cover 1k in random expense but I'd still chimp the fuck out about it.
