Stocks, real estate, and debt are what you want to hold during really bad inflation. Banks are not going to expose themselves to the third and are already tightening lending requirements well past what the Fed would want. If you know what you are doing, you'd go on margin for stocks too.
If anything stocks will just be locked to inflation. Anyone NOT holding stocks will get absolutely fucked.
Boomer rocks and zoomer digital rocks are mooning because conservative portfolios no longer have many municipal bonds or treasuries to buy. Nothing in the bond market is set by market price. High end bonds are at ABSURD premiums and junk bonds are basically being given price controls by the Fed.
