I'll recapitulate for people who weren't here yesterday. Chairman of the company (Anthony Milewski) posts pictures of Tesla things on his website, insinuates in glossy interviews that he will get a deal with Tesla soon. Stock pumps 300%. He then exercises options and dumps $6 million in shares. Bear in mind company market cap was only $80 million. Other insiders follow in his steps. Stock dumped 30% yesterday in response, has already dumped another 30% today.
