People act like a career is something you just decide to do reluctantly after partying in your youth, truth is it's hard as fuck to find an actual career and move away from dead end labour/retail jobs

I have an interview tomorrow. They just let me know today about it so I have next to no time to prepare. My company likes extensive panel interviews with around 10 behavioral interview questions + some general questions about what I bring to their department etc. That's a shit ton of past situations to remember and describe to them in a manner that will get me hired. In the past I haven't done that well on these interviews and the one time I had a perfect interview I didn't get the job cause of seniority.

Any tips you want to give me about performing well in behavioral interviews? How do I not get nervous for them? I absolutely hate interviews but realize they're a part of working life and need to get better at them.
