>Discipline for students nonexistent, any attempts from teachers and staff to implement procedures was swept under the rug because it would make her look bad
>Kids that should have been sent to local correctional school just in and out of ISS listening to music and playing games all day
>First AP of discipline dipped because he couldn't do his role and essentially was doing principal duties for half the salary
>New boomer APD hired who was a "friend" of principal
>Poor guy had an unhealthy work ethic and the principal exploited him like no other
