Essential /biz/ reading material?

What are some things I can read in my downtime to go from zero to hero as regards trading stocks, bonds, crypto, commodities, etc? I don't want to be overwhelmed with material; just looking for some real meat & potatoes stuff I can run my eyes over and attempt to absorb.

Can somebody shill me a highly volatile stock. I can't find anything I feel comfortable investing in, so want to play the swings.

i have 30,000 in my account (CDN). not a clue what to do with it. im not a huge fan of stocks, been thinking about just dropping it into a retirement fund or something. halp
