I hold 50k flexUSD and it hurts to say, but there's no way Roger is in the wrong here.
He literally has double digit shares of blockchain.com, kraken and binance. That's tens of billions already.
He had 300k BTC during the fork and at least 100k of these are in cold storage. Despite buying BCH as high as 0.5 BTC at one point, he is still the largest bitcoin whale sans satoshi.
47m is nothing to him and he can repay at anytime. He's a billion in liquid assets, let alone illiquid ones. Even his BCH is worth more than that, lol, he's slightly short of 1m BCH.
This must be a power move by him in order to get his money back.

The reason why we broke resistance is Jihan, and he said it.
Basically CSW was doomed in the hash war from the start. He had less than 40% of the hash power at any time that BCH was trading at $600 and above. Jihan didn't even need to pull hash from BTC, all he needed in this low-volume market was to push $1MM in buy orders, bumping the BCH price.
Meanwhile Tone Vays's short was going nowhere. So those two buried the hatchet, Vays interviewed CSW, CSW licked core ass, in order to get every single corecuck to switch hash to SVPool in order to help him fight Jihan.
Suddenly, pumping BCH is not a winning strategy for Jihan. So him and Roger had to spend tens, even hundreds of millions in order to win in. But they still won - however, this was at the expense of BTC hashrate - and sequentially - price.
Tone Vays made a ton of money on the short, CSW inflicted maximum damage.
And BTC miners DID switch to SV - reminding us on why we call them corecucks. Not everyone in core is a corecuck, Tone Vays is in fact a core bull. He shorted BTC and made some BTC holders switch hash, against their own interest. The highest degree of bull-cuck relationships.
