Anon, minting a 4 quadrillion coin would still cause inflation because you're inflating the currency by adding more numbers. This creates a problem because now everyone's wages will need rising, but that will have an effect on international trade because American goods have more labor costs and that nations around the world are now poorer because the United States has yet again inflated its world reserve currency. America needs to reduce its currency, but it can't do that because its social programs will implode. Unless you can give me a specific chain of events to fix this, then I say this platinum coin to become debt free is bullshit.
