It is 2 per person/membership. IMHO they capped it at 2 because they couldn't have members buying all of it, like any other product they sell. They sold out their stock, this way it was spread amongst members.

Most stackers are aware of the various other sources to acquire what you are looking for. TD is ok at times, for certain items. Generally speaking there are better deals to be had elsewhere. I find it odd the banks are buying at records amount but are now limiting the amount they will sell back. I do not trust banks in this country after what harper did in 2015-16 with bill c15. Bank bail ins. I am out. And then the freezing of accounts during the freedom convoy.
