Whoo boy, someone sure has never worked in a situation where it's mostly non whites. You want to see bias in the workplace? Work with majority indians. Or majority blacks. Or majority Chinese.

Whites literally have the lowest in group bias. Whites are slowly finding this out through experience (though from an evolutionary perspective, in group bias makes sense and is healthy to have)

Buddy if 20% of the voting population hated other races, there would be no other races in America, rather than the US losing 30% of it's white demographic over the last 50 years.

Not only that but studies show even heavy conservatives have less of an in group preference than the average black person. I guess you could say they hate other races of you go by extreme liberal standards, who hate their own race so much that they actually prefer other races to their own.
