Here's my basic info, I don't know exactly what to do, don't know much about investments/expected returns on things, so I'm just going to give the numbers and try and learn from you guys. I've just graduated college and I need to start paying back my loans in May.

>Salary: $55,000 (engineer, will go up by 15% in first 6 months if I can prove I am competent with their systems)
>After taxes and expenses: $2,800 monthly savings (currently living at home, might start renting a place, would be around 800 for rent + utilities monthly)
>No 401k until 1 year working at the company (would be October 2020 if I choose to stay)
>10k in a mutual fund, 9k in savings currently

Loans (all are subsidized loans):

>$3,500.00 @ 4.660% ($36.64 a month)
>$1,973.00 @ 4.290% ($20.30 a month)
>$3,071.00 @ 3.760% ($30.81 a month)
>$5,500.00 @ 4.450% ($57.01 a month)
>$5,500.00 @ 5.050% ($58.64 a month)

Total Loans: $19,544
Total monthly loan payment: $203.40

Should I just pay off the highest interest loan right away? Should I take everything out of my mutual fund and invest it somewhere else, along with a good chunk of my savings? What's the best way to approach this? I don't want to go all in on crypto, that seems like a horrible idea.

How do I find skilled workers that won't Zuckerberg me out of my baby? I have the database design all laid out (need to spend time actually building and creating all the necessary scripts) and the code that will generate the output I want but I've never made a front end application that behaves the way I envision it.

Sorry to be vague but I'm trying to play my cards close to the chest here. I don't think the advice I need requires you to know exactly what this candidate would be doing. I just need to know where I can find candidates and how to protect myself
