I'm almost at this point. Had to take over for the controller 6 months ago and no idea what I'm doing (intern). We have a gov't audit coming and shit is not in shape. I'm literally the only person in the finance dept and I'm a contractor. Will I face any legal repercussions if I just walk out as soon as my next check cashes?
