My boss loves me, and I consider myself indispensable. I'm also surrounded by total retards.

No ego, though. I am on salary. I told my boss that retards whose mistakes I have to fix are getting bonuses while I get none (no one in Accounting gets bonuses). She gave me a raise and now I get compensated for all overtime (whether by $ or time off in lieu).

So as long as my paycheque is treated fairly, why would I need to be a piece of shit to other people like you are? They're retarded, but they don't owe it to me to do their work well. I'm, however, owed for doing better than everyone, so as long as I get that, why make everyone miserable?

They're probably the biggest presences in the dirty communist threads too - they know they're useless in the real world and want to use the government to point a gun at someone.
