Just opened a new bank account in case when I send fiat to an exchange it gets blocked, because it's happening more and more nowadays, and I don't want to get blocked out of my bank account because I have to pay taxes and stuff (I run a business, so I want this crypto shit separated into another account)

Im going to register in Binance. Since the bank account is empty, I don't have any bills or something that I could use for the verification process. Can I use a bill (like a phone bill) from other of my bank accounts, or it has to be from the same bank account you will be using on Binance?
