There is no reason to do it when you can simply buy GDXJ and SILJ, which are highly undervalued indices of the best junior miners, and offer real physical gold and silver in the ground. They already offer 3x leverage to the underlying metals, so gambling with options on SLV, a scam which might get delisted at any time, is completely pointless.

The index which I just listed, the GDXJ, is the easiest way to invest in gold miners. SILJ for the silver miners. It really is that simple. GDXJ is still one third of what it was in 2011, when gold was lower, not higher, than it is now; and gold is probably going at least 3x from its 2011 nominal peak, to equal it again in real terms (see the Dow:Gold ratio). Bull markets also tend to overshoot, so 3x gold + 3x a 3x on gold + overshooting = 10x on GDXJ is very possible.

P. S. If you still are not convinced, study this picture. Mining stocks are the most undervalued things in the world. GDXJ has to go 3x simply to reach its level in 2011, when gold was the same price which it is now. Why would anybody be stupid enough to sell them? I wouldn't sell mine.
