The business structure makes implementation and usage in companies very easy and low-risk for companies interested in the technology. ICON has already taken over the Korean enterprise blockchain space and people are just starting to realize just how big it will be. ICON already boasts an impressive list of partners. Where did you read this? Public ICON blockchain has been live since mid 2018, and afaik it's unknown which private blockchains will actually utilize the public chain.

Yep, their strategy of integrating private blockchains with businesses first and having the public chain for any of them to connect together is legitimately the best strategy for adoption.
