This category of virus is notoriously impossible to create a vaccine for. Most attempts at vaccines for coronaviruses causes Antibody dependent enhancement which makes you even more vulnerable to reinfection and more likely to die on the second infection. That's what happened to many people with HIV and dengue fever.
