Testing is increasing, but it's increasing at the same rate it has been for the last two months. During most of that time we saw both a decline in new daily infections and, naturally, a decline in the positive-to-negative test ratio. Only recently have we started seeing an increase to both. There's no correlation between the rate of testing and the increase in positive results.
