Not just that. What happens is that for whatever reason lots of kids just livestream themselves on youtube (facebook too I think) all the time. So pedos look up the default video title name and find these kids and talk to them. First they get them to change the video title to an emoji because it gets (or got by, idk if it was fixed) moderators due to an exploit. Then they make them play truth or dare via chat to do really weird shit (stick out their tongues, take off their clothes, twerk, etc).
