You can get the same kind of system with M1 finance if you are just buying and holding. I use it for my dividend portfolio since I'm not getting enough dividends to buy full shares. I also like that I can spread the dividend over my full portfolio. It will funnel money into your investments such that it tries to keep what desired percentage of value you want your portfolio to be. It's pretty good.
