The future is Natural Gas and Lithium batteries (or some newer battery cchemistry, should they invent something). Maybe biofuel.
Solar and wind are already way cheaper to install (including batteries, and both per kilowatt and lifetime-production-wise) than nukes, and noone will build something that takes 5-10 years to build, cost a fuckton of money, and is not even guaranteed to break even if alternative energy is abundant making electricity cheap.

It's a meme nonetheless tho. Just see what people are doing to that big stock. But these companies will be the first to die when the fed stops printing money.
