My friend runs a small business employing thirteen people. He says all the young women are a massive pain to employ. They are always bringing drama to the office, always bitching, backstabbing and falling out, often off sick, two of them have gone off pregnant and they have no clue about technology other than shit like Tiktok and Instagram. He says he will never employ another young woman again. Is he correct to do so?
