i didn't know where to post this, but i have a question for ameribros, specifically new york if it varies by state;

what are the standard winter holidays for those in business in america (eg. finance, accounting, marketing etc.)?

i assume you get christmas eve, christmas day and new years day off, am i missing any?

just wondering because i'll need to book flights for around that time and i'm trying to gauge if i can get away with being off from 20th december 2014 to 3rd jan 2015.
