Anon. If the idea is that XRP will have a certain value and it will be used as a bridge asset that enables interoperability between CBDCs and other assets. If its going to be the middleman reserve currency to ensure smooth payment settlement among other things, then cashing out your XRP will be as easy as swapping it for whatever currency you want to cash out in.
