no. there are a couple thousand shitcoin opportunities out there, a very long tail of investment worthiness, and it wouldn't be smart to invest in them all equally.

here's a random and arbitrary-but-not-terrible strategy:

select your top 20 shitcoins and sort them by how much you believe in them. 1st pick gets 20% of your total investment. 2nd pick, 20% of the remaining investment. 3rd pick, 20% of what remains after that, and so on ... until your 20th pick only gets a tiny investment.

that's quite crude and still very arbitrary, but it's infinitely better than dismissing reasonable longshots entirely.
