It's not freaking out, people's concern is that if their XRP is kept in a place they aren't in direct control of, that they'd be subject to forced buybacks, which is bad because there are theories that this lawsuit is coordinated as a shakeout, and that if not enough people are shaken out they'll go the forced buyback route similar to the gold one in the 30s. People are scared of this because most XRP holders think the lawsuit is retarded and that ripple will win. If they win, then XRPs value will skyrocket and the publicity will increase it's chances of becoming the standard. Then people will have been forced buyback for a measly amount of fiat that the Jews can just print more of anyway, and are locked out of the XRP brap party.
