read the insider reviews. those people are treated like shit over there and will likely stop coming in soon, at least not in the droves they are needed. PLTR seems to have an awful work culture where young recent graduates get to act like big shots. and the pay is absolutely not as great as you think it is. so no, the workforce problem remains.

-PLTR is a consultancy firm that tries to pretend they have a product
-work/life balance is torture
-the pay is not worth that torture
-the work culture is full of friction and politicking, inexperienced young people are in charge
-barely anyone respects Karp or takes him seriously
this is not a "comfy long hold", PLTRannies. this is a company that won't exist in five years.
