people WILL be excited once things being built with functions come around. The same as "Defi summer". people still reminisce about defi summer, even those who didnt hold link at all. why? because the devs were making huge fucking money, the plebs were making huge fucking money, and he protocol making it possible was benefiting from that, while people unrelated to it all saw "chainlink go up" and made it go up even more.

It was a time when gas costs were lower too, and demand for LINK was high due to all the above. Then gas costs got extortionate. BTC dumped, narrative changed, and DEFI stopped being a money printer due to gas costs. people moved to NFTS.
So what do you think will happen when all this shit gets build with functions? same exact dynamic. gas costs are back to a healthy level again too through layer 2s, other layer 1s(was all on eth in Defi summer) as well as initiatives by Chainlink themselves.

We will unfortunately have to wait for these to start getting built. it took a year after price feeds to see it, im guessing the same for functions. people are severely underestimating functions impact. it fucking sucks realising its probably a year till a critical mass of devs develop enough shit for it but at least its there, and has much more potential due to the scope compared to Defi did.

I'm a webdeveloper and could knock one up if i wanted. Just not really sure how to manage inventory for it. Feel like i'd have to keep a larger catalogue of goods.

I sell video games on Ebay, particularly imports from Japan. I have a few i get regular stock of but a lot of times its random.
Would having my own site even get traffic? anyone experienced with this?
