hardly white trash. if anything its sounds pretty trashy that you think your parents owe you a gift of money to pay on YOUR lack of ability to buy a house outright.

how about instead of acting so entitled you save up 20-40 grand in cold hard cash and use that to down pay your own mortgage, i will continue to enjoy paying 6k a year to live without help from my family.

oh did i mention that the mexicans cut our grass every week on monday? and that trash is included in lot rent? and that my land lord fixes broken shit and desu senpai idk how he's made a profit at all from me yet? sometimes cheap rent really does work in your favor. there's a reason you can hardly find a place like i've got - they stay rented 24/7/365 because nobody gives it up. hell i've got a paved driveway that fits my two vehicles and motorcycle so i never have to touch dirt. places renting twice as much locally don't even have that. coming from the country living on a dirt road, that alone is worth staying here.
