1) How is actually the smart contract getting the price feeds? I know a LINK oracle is used, but is it just a URL that feeds in? What happens if this goes down or is tampered with?

2) How will the CPI adjusted future rates affect things? Could we enter a scenario where you could do "CPI arb" , buying todays coin at cheaper compared to 2019 USD and do like free money?

At 5$, it's 40%, so the upside is in theory infinite. Ofc it won't go that high, but 2 big rebases can offset 10 bad ones
