Name a working L1 blockchain that has solved the blockchain trilemma.
Don't tell me it's avalanche because the cloudfare outage on 21 June 2022 crippled the chain and like most chains they use bridges so it's inherently exploitable.
Other L1's like Solana do not qualify.
