19 validators, roughly 1 transaction per minute, all just fantom transfers. I'm sure central banks are lining up kek

as for the bank, yes, there's the scam option, so maybe it's indeed fantom, or maybe just a PoC like many. Fantom doesn't even appear to have support for zk-snarks, not to mention anything building on it. No actual company or bank is going to show all of its transfers in public.
