im unsurprised that the efficacy isnt quite as good, esp. in severe cases, because suppressing t-cells overall is a far more serious action to take in stopping autoimmune issues. but overall it sounds pretty good despite that, since side effects can be pretty serious concerns.
and like i said before i did skim over other existing cb2 agonists, and im not a specialist but they generally seemed to have good anti-inflammatory effects as well/be effective.
so even putting crbp's specific lenabasum studies aside, the potential and technology seem to both exist for effective therapeutic application of cb2 agonists in general, so it's just on crbp to not fuck that up too hard
