BMY owns Vidaza which is being used in a combination study with Rigosertib, which is very close to FDA approval. The combo study is in Phase 2. There are no FDA approved drugs to fight the RAS signaling in MDS. A new drug would have billions in market cap. BMY will buy them out as soon as FDA approval happens, and will have a monopoly on this treatment which will cost tens of thousands of dollars per year for roughly ~60,000 patients.
