Retail is a sucker's game. I want to buy a house house for cash. I don't know how to do it or what my options are, so that's the purpose of this thread.

I want to buy a house. I have cash but not enough for retail, so that's what I will discuss in this thread. Nothing else except methods of buying a house, outright, with money. Tips & tricks. If you don't have a good faith longer reply or experience, don't reply at all. It will be ignored.
