Fees from any particular coin will be swapped into XSN via CCPoS. Via L2, it's easy to instantly swap tiny amounts of any particular coin that's compatible.

For not having an ICO, X9 has accomplished quite a lot for interop via Lightning Network. During the middle of the bear market, they proposed a one-time mint that everyone in the community ultimately supported. It's a non-issue.
