Germanbro reporting in. Our government tries to scam people to go into engineering all the time in order to keep wages comparatively low and Germany attractive to industrial companies. Like 90% of them will get a starting salary between 40 and 46k€ (minus 45% tax ;1) and cap out between 60 and 65k€ (minus 45% tax ;^)
